Over 10,000 librarians attend the ALA Annual Conference each year in order to save time and money by reviewing the books and services put on display by the hundreds of onsite vendors. The focus of IBPA’s participation in the ALA Annual Conference is to provide title visibility to acquisition librarians.
IBPA members can purchase Single-Title Display in our Cooperative Booth at the ALA Annual Conference ($175/title). Since IBPA has been attending the ALA Annual Conference for over 20 years, we have first pick of preferable space on the show floor. If you display with IBPA you won’t be stuck in the back corner of the exhibit lot: you’ll be up front and center where you belong!

There are many ways to gather exposure for your book(s) as part of IBPA’s Cooperative Booth. To help facilitate onsite marketing, all publishers displayed in IBPA’s Cooperative Booth will receive a FREE pass to the conference. Wow! While onsite you can participate in a book signing, attend an educational session, or simply mix-and-mingle with the librarians and vendors onsite.
DEDICATED BOOTH SPACE: For those with larger collections, dedicated booth space can also be purchased through IBPA. Because IBPA has been attending the ALA Annual Conference for over 20 years, dedicated booth space through us generally yields better placement on the exhibit floor.
